  Article - Staying Motivated
Don’t let bad weather days slow you down. If you are finding it hard to STAY MOTIVATED, here are a few tips to get you up and going.

1. Change you routine every now and then. Give your body a challenge. Instead of walking on the treadmill, go for a hike on a nice day. You will feel refreshed and your body will reap the benefits!

2. Reward yourself after meeting a specific goal. For example: If you work out 30 minutes a day Monday through Friday, then on Saturday get a massage.

3. Get a “workout buddy.” You will be less likely to skip your workout if you are scheduled to meet someone at the gym at a specific time each day. You can also help to keep each other motivated!

4. Keep a workout log of what you did and how much time was spent each day. Writing down your exercise routine will allow you to see what you have accomplished or make any needed changes.

5. Think of how much better you will feel after a good workout. You will find that exercising on a regular basis will give you more energy everyday.
